Week of December 12, 2022

- I hope you enjoyed the Christmas Concert last week. The kids looked and sounded wonderful. We hope it put you in the Christmas spirit! There are only 8 full days before Christmas Break, and a lot is going on, so please read all the reminders.

- Due to our field trip, we are moving our class Christmas party to Tuesday, 12/20. If you volunteered to send something in, please send it in by next Tuesday morning. Thank you!

- Report cards will be sent home tomorrow. Please remember that these grades are a reflection of your child's work in school, along with their test scores. You may keep the actual report card at home. Please just sign and return the envelope. If you have any questions, please let me know.

- Test folders will be sent home on Tuesday. Please sign and return on Wednesday.

- On Tuesday afternoon, we will go to Santa's Secret Shop. Please mark the envelope with who your child is shopping for and how much to spend on each person. It is really helpful to the volunteers and me. Envelopes will be sent home today, so please send them back in for tomorrow. Thanks!

-We will have math test on Wednesday on place value. A review will be sent home for homework.

- Friday will be a Dress Down Day. Please send in $1.00 to dress down. Thank you!

- The 7th grade is collecting new socks for the homeless. If you would like to donate, please send them in this week!

- If anyone else would like to chaperone the bowling trip on Wednesday, December 21st, please email me. I am still looking for 2 volunteers. The permission form and payment info can be found here:  1st and 8th grade Bowling Trip December 2022  Please complete this by Friday of this week.
