Please Note

- There will be a Reading and a Spelling Test next Tuesday.

- If you have any old coats, gloves or hats we are collecting them for Cradles to Crayons throughout the month of November.

Religion

We will finish Chapter 4 "Jesus Works Among the People".  We will have a test on Friday.

Reading

Story: "A Cupcake Party"
Target Skill: Story Structure (characters, setting, plot)
Phonics Skill: Short u sound and final blends -mp -nk
Grammar: using a, an and the. Synonyms and antonyms
Sight Words: eat, give, one, put, small, take, sing, all does, they
Spelling Words: us, fun, sun, bus, but, run, give, take, does, they, eat, all

Our Reading and Spelling tests will be next Tuesday.

Math

We will finish working with addition and have a quiz on Thursday: adding to 12, addition patterns, adding with three addends, addition word problems.
