Girls:  11:00 meeting link sent in email
Please have the item you are selling ready with a price tag and your coins ready.

  • We will be in small Zoom groups to play store.
  • Choose an item you would like to 'sell' to your group.  Make a price tag to go on your item to show how much you are selling your item for (must be less than $1.00).  Don't forget your cents sign!
  • Each person in the group will use their real coins to show which coins they would use to make that amount and count the coins aloud for us with help from Mrs. Thornton if needed
  • The seller will say if this is a 'fair trade' for the item.
  • We will talk about how even though we used different coins, we still have equal amounts.

2.  Complete Fat Math Book pages 365 and 356 to practice counting coins and showing equal amounts.  (You can do this before or after the meeting.)
